Terms and conditions for FIT4MOM Lite Membership

Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month.
Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership.
Unused classes do not rollover to future months.
30 days email notice to cancel or hold membership, received by the first of the month.
Cancellation Policy
30 day written notice to cancel membership, received by the first of the month. To cancel this membership, the member must email the FIT4MOM Pearland administrator with 30 days notice, prior to their next payment due date to request a cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee.
Hold Policy
Memberships may be held for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 4 months total per year, in one or two hold periods. 30 day email notice to hold membership, received by the first of the month, is required. To place a hold on this membership, the member must email the FIT4MOM Pearland administrator with 30 days notice, prior to their next payment due date.
